FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Do I need to create an account to place an order?

You can shop at victordesouzany.com without creating an account. However, creating an account will allow you to track your order and review past purchases. You will also be able to quickly check out on subsequent orders by accessing your saved information.  We do not save your credit card information.

Is my information safe?

Your account will save your address information, order history, and current order status. This information is saved between visits, and retrieved when you log in. Some details are used to pre-fill address information during checkout. We use Shopify to host our online store.  Shopify does not allow this feature. Shopify is PCI level one compliant and will not allow stores to save their customer credit card information.

What payment methods does Victordesouzany.com take?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Paypal.  All payments are processed through Shopify Payments.  Orders over $2000 must be sent to the billing address or work address.

How are taxes calculated?

Victordesouzany.com does not currently charge sales tax for items being delivered to any U.S.state with the exception of  New York where customers are subject to their respective sales tax.


By purchasing goods from victordesouzany.com, you agree that the offer and sale of those goods takes place in, and will be governed exclusively by the laws of, the State of New York. You also agree that any legal or equitable claim against victordesouzany.com arising from or related to your purchase must be brought in the city, state or federal courts located in New York County, New York and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.

Can I change or amend my order once it has been placed?

Before your purchases have been prepared for dispatch we can cancel an item, change the size or edit your billing and shipping details.  Once an order has been prepared, we are unable to amend the size or add pieces to an existing order.  If you need to make any amendments, please email us at customerservice@victordesouzany.com.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing UPS tracking number.

How can I return or exchange my order?

You have 14 days to decide whether to keep your items. Should you decide to return or exchange, please email us at customerservice@victordesouzany.com for a return merchandise authorization (RMA)number. We will then provide you with return instructions.

Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with all Victor de Souza garment tags still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

Will I be refunded the full value of my order?

You will be refunded for the item and applicable sales tax. We are unable to refund for the cost of shipping.  Please note that it can take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Do you offer repairs or alteration services?

We offer a complimentary repairs service up to a year from the date of purchase.  We also provide alterations on select merchandise.
